A room with a view of the river is not necessarily a short walk from the correct entrance. Even a hotel that looks close on the map can involve an awkward route with suitcases. Before deciding that you will walk, trace the actual journey from the hotel door to the passenger entrance, including crossings and any slopes or steps. It is inland rather than beside the cruise terminal, so compare it with a planned transfer to the ship. Its appeal for this itinerary is having a city base; it should not be chosen on the assumption that you can wheel your bags straight to boarding.
Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto is an airport option when getting to a room after a late flight matters more than a first evening downtown. An airport address does not remove the next morning's journey to the port. It simply moves that journey to a time when you may feel more rested. Confirm how you will reach the hotel from your arrival terminal, particularly if a shuttle is important to your choice.
