Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and approval
Participation is by application and approval only. Travorro may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.
2. Commission basis
Commissions are earned on completed and valid bookings made using your approved affiliate code. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid bookings do not qualify.
3. Payout timing and threshold
Commissions are paid on a net-30 basis after guest checkout to allow for booking confirmation, cancellation windows, and payment processing. Payouts are processed fortnightly (every second Thursday) via bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is USD $50. Payout schedule and method are subject to change.
4. Self-bookings and prohibited use
Self-bookings are not eligible for commission. Where the affiliate's email matches the booking email, no commission is paid on that booking. Welcome and content reward hotel credits (sections 5-6) may be applied to the affiliate's own personal bookings — those credits exist precisely so affiliates can experience the platform — but such bookings still earn no commission. Affiliates must not use deceptive methods, coupon-site abuse, misleading claims, automated traffic, or any fraudulent behavior.
5. Welcome credit
Approved affiliates receive a one-time welcome hotel credit, chosen at application: USD $50 off a personal hotel booking of USD $250 or more, or USD $100 off a personal hotel booking of USD $500 or more. The credit is issued as a unique single-use voucher code, is valid for 12 months from issue, applies to one qualifying booking only, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other voucher or promotional offer. If the booking to which a credit was applied is cancelled or refunded, the credit is void and will not be reissued. One welcome credit per affiliate, per person, and per household.
6. Content reward
After completing a stay booked with their welcome credit (or any personal Travorro booking), an affiliate may earn one additional USD $50 hotel credit toward a future booking of USD $250 or more by publishing qualifying content. To qualify, the content must:
- be original content published on a channel the affiliate owns or controls (blog, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, podcast, or email newsletter) — content posted to third-party review platforms (e.g. Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Yelp) or coupon/deal sites does not qualify and must not be incentivized;
- describe the affiliate's genuine, honest experience using Travorro — the reward is not conditional on positive sentiment, ratings, or any particular opinion;
- include the affiliate's promo code or referral link;
- clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship and that the affiliate received a hotel credit, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any local advertising rules that apply to the affiliate;
- be publicly accessible at the time of verification and remain published for at least 30 days (ephemeral formats such as 24-hour stories do not qualify on their own).
The affiliate submits the published URL to Travorro for manual verification. Verification is at Travorro's reasonable discretion; once verified, the credit voucher is issued by email. One content reward per affiliate. The credit carries the same voucher conditions as section 5.
7. Performance milestone reward
An affiliate who generates USD $5,000 or more in completed referred hotel bookings within any rolling 12-month period may claim a one-time milestone reward, choosing either: USD $500 in Travorro hotel credit for a future personal stay (issued as a single-use voucher applying 50% off one booking up to a maximum discount of USD $500 — full value on stays of USD $1,000 or more — valid 12 months, otherwise same conditions as section 5), or USD $250 cash transferred to their nominated bank account with the next scheduled payout run. "Completed referred bookings" means the gross value of bookings made with the affiliate's code by third parties that reached guest checkout and were not cancelled, refunded, or disputed; self-bookings are excluded. The milestone reward is paid once per affiliate, in addition to regular commissions, and Travorro may verify qualifying volume before granting it.
8. Promo code and account controls
Travorro may change, disable, or deactivate affiliate codes and accounts at any time where misuse, quality concerns, policy breaches, or business risks are identified.
9. Disclosure and compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Travorro where required by applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies.
10. Taxes and payment details
Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details and handling all tax, reporting, and legal obligations in their own jurisdiction.
11. Program changes
Travorro may update these terms, commission structures, program rules, and payout policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travorro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from affiliate participation.
