Why we collect it

To search, book and manage travel services; comply with airline/hotel requirements; provide support; prevent fraud; and, with consent, marketing.

  • Airlines via Duffel APIs
  • Hotels via LiteAPI
  • Tours and experiences via Viator
  • Document scanning via Microsoft Azure AI Document Intelligence (passport MRZ)
  • Email, hosting and analytics providers (Google, Netlify)

Some recipients may be located overseas. As Travorro is a U.S.-based company, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas partners or suppliers handle personal information appropriately in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and industry best practices.

Access, correction & complaints

Data security & retention

We apply reasonable security measures. Booking records are retained in Duffel as required; MRZ images are not retained.
